DragonTales Pre-K is open Monday-Thursday from the months of August-May. We follow a typical school year, just like Kindergarten, to prepare your child for the elementary school schedule. Our morning classes meet 9:30-12:30, and our afternoon classes meet 1:00-4:00.
Our classes are as follows:
M/W Morning: 9:30-12:30 OR M/W Afternoon 1:00-4:00
T/TH Morning: 9:30-12:30 OR T/TH Afternoon 100-4:00
Classes are typically 2 days a week. You may sign up for 2 classes if you wish your child to attend 4 days. They will receive individual instruction at their level 4X per week instead of 2X to increase the repetition & advance their knowledge base.
Prices are $25/day, which is $8.33/hr for private education by a licensed teacher. Parents may pay daily, weekly, or monthly.
DragonTales is not a daycare center. Our program is designed for parents seeking an early childhood academic, as well as socialization, program for their child and does not include extended childcare. Our pricing is comparable to full-time facilities, but please remember that your child will be getting an individualized classroom education from a licensed professional. Our program is designed to meet the regulations of state-funded Voluntary Pre-K programs found in many elementary schools, with the exception of the class limit of 4 children that we have compared to their class size of 20.
